my name is larry cook, and i'm here to sharewith you that rheumatoid arthritis is treatable, and it can be reversed. if not all the way,at least significantly, when someone follows the healthy lifestyle. i have three specificremedies that i'm going to give you that, if you follow them and you have rheumatoidarthritis, you have a really good chance of either completely reversing rheumatoid arthritis,or at least significantly improving your health. so, let's get started. number one, you wantto go see a naturopathic doctor. that is, by far, the absolute most important thingthat you can do for yourself, is to go visit a naturopathic doctor. a naturopathic doctorspecializes in uncovering the root cause of health problems. so, whereas a medical doctoris going to say "yeah, you have rheumatoid
arthritis, let me give you some drugs andtreat the symptoms", a naturopathic doctor is going to look at your symptoms, go "yeah, you have ra, but let's try to figure out what's going on that's causing all of these differentsymptoms." generally speaking, there's a lot going on. it is not an easy thing to treat.i know this from talking with naturopathic doctors. so, let's get into what a naturopathicdoctor is. a naturopathic doctor attending a four year post-graduate medical school wherethey learned basically the same stuff that a medical doctor learns, and they learn naturalremedies, and how to treat the root cause of health issues. so, when you go see a naturopathicdoctor, you're visiting someone who has an extensive amount of training in the healthsciences. a licensed naturopathic doctor is
someone who can order and interpret labs.they can treat and diagnose disease. they basically are on par with a medical doctor, the only difference is they're using natural remedies. so, to find a naturopathic doctorin your area, what you want to do is google naturopathic doctor and your city, and lookand see what comes up. that's one option. in washington state they're called naturopathicphysicians, so you might want to try that phrase as well in your google search. yourother option is you can go to a website called realizehealth.org, and there's a whole listof naturopathic doctors on there as well. you can do a search on that website as well.number two has to do with taking some supplements. the gut in people who have ra is usually verycompromised. there's all kinds of problems
going on with the gut. when you take a supplementcalled probiotics, which is friendly bacteria, you're actually helping the gut heal. now, there's a lot more that needs to happen besides that, and your naturopathic doctor is goingto tell you about that, but you can get going right now. so, probiotics, because it's friendlybacteria that helps heal your gut. digestive enzymes, because there's usually digestiveissues going on simultaneously. digestive enzymes help digest food, and one other supplementto take is fish oil. fish oil helps reduce inflammation, and ra has a lot of inflammationgoing on. so, digestive enzymes, probiotics, and fish oil. that's number two. number threehas to do with your food. this part is critical. it's absolutely critical. you have to changeyour diet, and when i say change your diet,
i mean probably a radical change. what thatmeans is this, you want to eat whole, organic food all the time. you want to get rid ofprocessed foods. a lot of people don't know what processed means, so i'm going to helpyou understand it. bread is processed. pasta is processed. muffins are processed. bagelsare processed. anything that comes out of a box or a can is processed food, or a bag, such as bread. you want to get rid of all of that. you want to get rid of all the dietsoda, all the coke, all the sugar. anything with sugar in it has to go. if you want toget better, you have to change your diet. there is no way around it. you just have to.if you put poor nutrition in, or no nutrition into your body on a regular basis, and youput poison into your body on a regular basis,
you're not going to get better. you have toput in really good food. good food is whole, organic food. stuff you find in the producesection on a very regular, if not very daily basis. so, that's number three. let's recap.one, visit a naturopathic doctor and follow the protocol that the naturopathic doctorgives you. it's not like western medicine. you don't go and you take a drug, and yougo home. you actually have to do some work when you visit a naturopathic doctor, butif you want to get better, follow the protocol. you will get better. that's number one, finda naturopathic doctor and follow their protocol. number two, take probiotics, digestive enzymes, and fish oil. number three, change your diet to a whole foods diet, organic diet. get ridof all the processed food. get rid of everything
that has any kind of chemical whatsoever init, and you will start to get better. i guarantee it. ok, i have a couple videos to share withyou. the first one is with dr. angela agrios. she's a naturopathic doctor here in los angeles.i interviewed her quite a few years ago about rheumatoid arthritis, and she gave a greatinterview. i highly recommend watching it, especially if you have rheumatoid arthritis.what you might want to know is she has since seen quite a few patients from that video, and they've gotten better. it's not easy to treat ra. this i know, so you really do haveto follow the protocol. you really do have to change your diet. you really do have totake the supplements. you really have to do everything that's recommended. watch her video, learn a little bit more. then find a naturopathic
doctor in your area. the second video is ofme talking about western medicine versus natural medicine. when the body has the right conditions,it can heal. if you want to learn a little bit more about how the body can heal whengiven the right conditions, that's a great video to watch. if you like this video, pleasegive me a thumbs up. if you like watching my videos, go ahead and subscribe to my channel.feel free to post comments in my comments section. you can also check out my new website,larrydcook.com, where i have lots of resources for healthy living. that's it for now, andthank you for watching.
